2-He should be a citizen of India.

3-He should be an Indian citizen residing abroad.

4-The age of the boy should not be less than 21 years and the age of the girl is 18 years.

5-He should not be a lunatic/distracted and criminal type of person.

6-Divorced boys and girls are not eligible for registration unless they have statutory divorce documents.

7-A person having more than one marriage is also not eligible for registration.

8-Use of Website and Mobile App :-

 If you want to use our website/app, then you must read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Term Condition and only then complete the registration process. If you use the website or mobile app, it is assumed that you are satisfied with our policies.

9- If you use the Qubool-Hay Matrimony website or mobile app, there will be an agreement between you and Qubool-Hay Matrimony that will be subject  to the Terms of Use, if you complete the registration process and any If you buy a marriage package category / duration, you can use all the features / services contained therein. If you want to upgrade the marriage package category / duration you have purchased, then you can upgrade your marriage package category / duration by paying a certain fee.

10-Subscriptions:-

Upon completion of the registration process in Qubool-Hai  Matrimony, you become a member of Qubool-Hai  Matrimony which is completely free, in which you can use only certain limited services. The issued marriage package category / term will have to be purchased, which you can pay by choosing the marriage package category / duration as per your convenience. Before registering, you should ensure that there is no criminal case pending against you in the court.

The information sought by you in the website should be filled correctly at your discretion, no fact should be hidden and should not be filled incorrectly.

11-Marriage Package/Fees :-

Boys and girls registered under Qubool-hai Matrimony can use the marriage package category / duration issued by us to expand their facilities / services by paying the fee as per their convenience. The registered member will get the benefit of the services according to the category / duration of the marriage package that you have purchased. Members registered with us must use e-mail id to verify their profile, we will send a message to your e-mail id for verification, your profile will be verified on the website until you verify it will not be considered. And your photo will not appear on the website.

12- Photo/post registration :-

During the process of registration under Qubool-hai Matrimony, if you upload a photo or post of yourself, then you need to take care of the following things.

I- Registered member upload his own photo, photo of anyone other than you is not acceptable.

II-Photo should not be too old.

III- There should not be any other photo/scratch/cartoon etc. other than the photo even if it is yours.

IV- Do not put indecent and nudity photo at all, otherwise legal action will be taken.

V - Do not post any such social post which is unconstitutional, if you are found doing so then all the responsibility will be yours.

13- All copyrights contained in all content/information you provide are assigned to Qubool-hai Matrimony for use within the scope of these Terms of Use, information/material you send to us, posts in which copyright is not available to any other be owned by the individual, organization or company and you acknowledge that all the information / material provided by you has not been taken from any third party.

Member registered with Qubool-hai Matrimony can share his/her information on marriage package category/term wise after purchase and use of marriage package category/tenure Package features include chatting, profile sharing, messaging, calling and other types of information. which is included in the Marriage Package Category/Duration. We promise to provide superior customer service for all facilities falling under Marriage Package Category/Term.

15- This is a digital record and does not require any physical or digital signature.

19- In order to register in Qubool-hai Matrimony, you will fill in the information related to yourself in the website, if the information given by you is found to be false or incorrect or incomplete, then we can suspend this registration and the membership fee amount paid by you may also be confiscated.

20-Do not share the password or “OTP” of the account created by you during registration with anyone.

21- You are free to interact with the partner of the profile of your choosing or accept/decline their interest using the website or mobile app.

22- Complete the process of registration honestly, and before uploading the documents related to your personal information, make sure to check all the columns carefully.
